"What's the definition of a good leader?"
This question did came into my mind and many people did ask me this question.
The definition from dictionary.com:
A person or thing that leads.
That's what I got from the dictionary, but personally, it's not so simple.
My definition of a good leader is someone who can gain the respect, the confidence of others in order to lead. If a leader is good, he/she is able to lead a team or group where everyone will listen. Being able to lead is not easy. A leader must not only be able to lead, he/she must also be flexible. What do I mean by a leader must be flexible? A leader must be flexible to think of a solution during a tensed up situation. But the solution should me a good, and safe one. A leader will then be a good one. A leader must also be able to motivate his/her team members. Even if a leader is tired, the leader should never give up in front of his/her members. If this happen, this is where the team will be break apart.
Leaders are trained, not born. Everyone can be trained to be a leader, but not everyone can be a good leader. Leadership is something that can be mastered easily, but if a person do not know how to use the power of a leader, things will go terribly wrong. When a leader abuse the power of it, people around will start to hate it.
To me, being a good leader is not an easy task, having to bear all the responsibility and taking care of the team members and also leading the team to finish the task on time. Not everyone can be a good leader, but everyone can be a leader in one way or another.

Okay... ... Recently, I have been really very busy! Forgetting a lot of things. After I know that I have been appointed as my school's National Day Parade RSM/Parade Commander, I have been very busy since. Sad thing is Thursday, my iPhone had some problems and luckily my mother took an urgent leave to help me get my iPhone repaired.
Last night, 16 July 2011, NCC made history with its 110th Anniversary Parade. It was also witnessed by the President of Republic of Singapore. Was an enjoyabled parade and saw His Excellency S R Nathan on our way out of HQ NCC. I even saw his car plate number!!!
Haha... ... Having a busy week ahead again. I guess, I only can update my blog once a week! ^^

Okay, I had a really busy week. Lots of things went wrong for me... ... Tired to the maximum. School starts again tomorrow. Hope I can survive through.
Monday 4 July Youth day holiday. Stay at home in the morning, slacking and playing computer. Went out together with Pig to get some fun.
Tuesday 5 July Long day... ... Tried to stay awake in class but to no avail. After school, stayed in school for some planning for weekly training.
Wednesday 6 July Another long day... ... Had normal lessons and went for Kayaking training after school. Had an intense training for myself. Tired out... ... Ran quite a lot and got really tired.
Thursday 7 July Had P.E lesson in the morning. Ran 4 rounds around the school non-stop. Teacher said to train up for our school upcoming cross-country run and I did. Although I had intense training on Wednesday, I just continue to push myself to my limit to see how far I can go. I took it as an Endurance training... ... >< Manage to finish the 4 rounds within 13 minutes.
Friday 8 July Also had normal school. After school, went to NCC room for a short rest, got changed into my no.3 uniform and went off to meet my friend before going to HQ NCC for NCC DAY PARADE Rehearsal. We went late on purpose... ... >< Had a very long day and slept very early.
Saturday 9 July Woke up quite late, slacked and got ready to go Pasir Ris Crest Secondary School for Badminton. Played until 6+pm before heading back home.
Sunday 10 July, today Had tuition in the afternoon, rest and slcaked a little, went for dinner and went to Sheng Siong supermarket to buy some food... ... >< Currently nothing to do. ><
Hope that I have a much easier week. ><

Okay, first week of school is over and quite a number to unhappy things happened.
First day of school to third day of school (27 June - 29 June) Overall is quite okay, was very busy when school reopens.
Fourth Day, (30 June) After school went to Beach road to get my Rank sewed up on my uniform. Got back home and that's were things start to went wrong. Started to iron my uniform and accidentally, my uniform got burnt and had a hole in it. Rushed down to Beach road to buy a new shirt and luckily managed to get one.
Fifth day, (1 July) Its SAF-NCC Day, went to school early and had a mini-parade in school. Basically, nothing much happened.
Today, 2 July. Going to HQ NCC for NCC Day Parade Rehearsal. Rushing to school now to get something first. ><

Hi peeps, Its already quite some time since I posted~!!! Getting lazy and also quite busy lately. The June school holidays are ending soon and will be having NCC Specialist Course next week from Tuesday to Thursday(If I remembered correctly ><)~!
Life changed since the 1 week holiday in March. Took over the NCC unit in school, became a student leader where teachers come to me with different opportunities, making me stressed up with studies, CCA and etc.
Since my seniors stepped-down and I took over as the AUSM, more burden have been added to my work-load. Work have been getting even more harder now.
Although for the past 3 week, I seldom go out to play with friends, I find myself rather alright staying at home and slack... ... >< Alright, I hope I will remember and become more "hardworking" to update my blog more often. ><

Okay, I am back to posting I guess. Anyway, I am officially an Student Councilor, after the Student Leaders Investiture on 30March2011, Wednesday. I was lazy to post yesterday about it as I also had training after it. It feels great to be back to normal as I had fully recovered from my sickness I had last week. Having training as usual tomorrow. Also having a test too!!! ^^ Will start revising for it soon. Quite a short post for now!!!! Bye ya!
